Does this sound familiar

You do not need a reason big enough to justify it

Most people who book are not in crisis. They are simply carrying an ordinary week and would like to set it down.

I start typing a message to a friend, then delete it.

Everyone is busy and it never seems like the moment.

Nothing is wrong exactly, and something is still off.

I want to be listened to, not fixed.

It all gets louder once the day goes quiet.

I would like one conversation that is about me.

Before you book

Being clear about what this is

No surprises, no small print. Here is exactly what a session does and does not include.

Yes.What a session is
  1. 01Undivided attention on a private video call, for as long as your session runs.
  2. 02A space to think out loud without being interrupted.
  3. 03Complete confidentiality. Nothing recorded, nothing shared.
  4. 04Somewhere to start, with no commitment to continue.
No.What it is not
  1. 01Therapy, counselling or a clinical diagnosis.
  2. 02Coaching, or a plan you have to follow afterwards.
  3. 03Advice you did not ask for.
  4. 04Emergency or crisis care.

Common questions

The things people ask first

It is not. There is no minimum. If it is on your mind often enough to have read this far, it is worth talking about.

That is completely fine. Silence is allowed, and there is no pressure to fill it. The time is yours to use however you need.

Completely. Nothing you share leaves the session. Nothing is recorded, nothing is written down, and nothing is repeated to anyone.

You can start with a ₹799 session of 30 minutes, which is the easiest way to try this out and see how it feels. If you would like more room to talk, a full 50 minute session is ₹1,799. Weekly and monthly plans bring the cost per session down further.

The Training Behind the Listening

Kinjal is a listener, not a therapist. These certifications aren't a licence to treat anyone. They are simply the training that shaped how she holds a conversation.
